Excellent recipe...Steph does not even like chili and she had some. the chorizo makes it different.

- add a bottle of Octoberfest beer. (I like Otter Creek)
- add a little cilantro
- add a Chipotle pepper with some adobo sauce
- serve with some jalapeño corn bread...recipe to come soon.
